ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – FULL TIME

This position is the first contact residents and potential residents experience with the apartment complex.  The individual is customer focused and service oriented and strives to make everyone feel welcome. Responsible for office administrative duties, assisting the Property Manager in property management, resident relations and may show and/or lease apartments to prospective residents.  Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality of standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC. 

 

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required, strong customer service skills, ability to utilize common office equipment, previous experience preferred.

GROUNDSKEEPER – FULL TIME

Performs various groundskeeping duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles various requests for lawn and possibly pool maintenance. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.


Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to use various equipment including hand tools, moving aids, and large motor-powered tools. Valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, sit, squat, push, pull, reach overhead, climb, and grasp effectively, ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time.

HOUSEKEEPER/SERVER – FULL TIME

Performs various housekeeping duties and food service responsibilities necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Duties include cleaning resident units and communal areas, preparing and serving meals, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment. Works as a team member with service staff to meet the high standards set by TISHCO Properties LLC.

 

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, previous housekeeping or food service preferred. Ability to speak effectively with residents and co-workers, problem solving skills, valid driver’s license preferred.

HOUSING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - FULL TIME

The Housing Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in the day-to-day monitoring and enforcement of lease compliance, resident safety, and property standards at a multifamily housing community.  The position is responsible for identifying and addressing issues related to health, safety, and lease enforcement while working closely with site management and local authorities to ensure a secure and well-maintained living environment.


Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, strong knowledge of HUD, USDA, RD, and/or LIHTC (preferred, not required). Ability to read and interpret police reports, or incident logs and the ability to identify and document lease violations and safety hazards. strong inter personal and conflict resolution skills detail oriented and ability to work independently. Valid driver's license required.

KITCHEN MANAGER – FULL TIME - This role will be responsible for all aspects of the food service operation for a senior living community: manages production, employee training and customer service; menu selection, food safety, inventory and cost control. The ideal candidate is a great communicator and team lead with a passion for an outstanding food product and unexpected guest experience.  Complies with federal, company standards.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL TIME

The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to achieve a market-ready status. Maintains outside appearance of buildings and grounds in obtain curbside appeal.

 

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, 1+ years of experience in general building maintenance and/or small appliance repair. Must provide own tools, have valid driver’s license and insurance; reliable transportation.  HVAC certification preferred.

PROPERTY MANAGER – FULL TIME

This position will float between two common properties.  Administers and maintains all areas of community operations under the direction of Regional Manager.  Responsible for or manages all personnel functions, leasing, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising and resident relations.  Supervises and monitors routine preventative maintenance to ensure it is being conducted.  Ensures equipment runs smoothly, buildings operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the buildings do not deteriorate.  To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail orientate, possesses excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.

 

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, 2+ years management experience, property manager experience preferred.  Ability to use common office equipment effectively and knowledge of or ability to learn property management software.  Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities include taking orders and serving food and beverages to residents and guests at tables in dining room of a senior living apartment complex. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the set quality of standards.
